Just reach out! We’ll start with a simple, no pressure chat about your goals, timeline, and what you’re hoping for. From there, I outline the next steps so everything feels clear and manageable.

2. Can you help if I’m buying and selling at the same time?

Absolutely. I create a custom plan that keeps everything aligned timing, finances, and logistics so the transition feels smooth and manageable.

3. Do I need to be pre-approved before looking at homes?

I always recommend it. It helps us understand your budget, strengthens your offers, and makes the whole process smoother. If you need a great local mortgage broker, I’m happy to connect you.

4. How do showings work?

Easy, tell me when you’re free, and I take care of the scheduling. At each showing, I walk you through things to look for, the pros, the quirks, and the questions you may not know to ask yet.

5. What does your service cost?

For buyers, my commission is typically covered by the seller. For sellers, we’ll go over all costs upfront so you know exactly what to expect, no surprises.
